Living Music Platform
Burning Airlines was an influential American post-hardcore band from Washington, D.C., active between 1997 and 2002. Formed by vocalist/guitarist J. Robbins and bassist Bill Barbot shortly after the breakup of their seminal group Jawbox, the band acted as a "natural evolution" of their previous work, blending intricate, angular melodies with more direct, melodic songwriting.
